All of our staff including nurses complete a rigorous assessment programme including manual handling, first aid, hospital life support, MPVA, NEWS2, palliative care, epilepsy, diabetes, autistic awareness,medication, managing behaviour, equality & diversity, personal care and safeguarding. As well as completing regular refresher training, we invest in our staff members and encourage them to enhance their theoretical and practical skills in areas that are of particular interest to them.
